Review & revision of Ambulance Service Area Plan:
Determine the area coverage for each ASA provider
Determine the appropriate amount of ALS/BLS transport resources required for each ASA
Modernize and standardize the performance metrics
Establish processes for negotiating mutual aid agreements, including “move-ups,”
Recommendations/plans for the development and implementation of quality assurance/quality improvement programs
